Research Interest: Retinal Electrophysiology and the Visual System Consequences of Albinism
Research interests are application of electrophysiology of eye and brain as diagnostic tools and the role of pigment in the development and function of the visual and auditory system. Melanin pigment is necessary during embryonic development for the optic pathways to connect to the right parts in the brain and melanin pigment in the inner ear is necessary for normal hearing.
