Sqamous Papilloma

Up

Squamous papillomas of the conjunctiva are benign lesions probably of viral etiology.  Clinically, these lesions are elevated with an irregular papillomatous surface.  They may occur singly or multiply.  They are histologically similar to squamous papilloma of skin, containing a branching fibrovascular core covered by acanthotic or thickened conjunctival epithelium with minimal atypia(#21885).
