Fees
Payment and/or financing arrangements are required before surgery. The following “global fees” include all preoperative work ups and one full year of postoperative care. All medically necessary enhancements or “touch ups” are covered during the first year; thereafter a $200 facility fee and office visit charge will be required. "
LASIK, LASEK & PRK
- Conventional Treatments: $1,900 per eye
- Custom Treatments $2,400 per eye
Fellows fees
- Conventional Treatments: $1,350 per eye
- Custom Treatments: $1,850 per eye
Clear Lens Extraction
- $3,000 per eye
Specialized Lenses
- ReStor, ReZoom and Crystalens: $4,500 per eye
Corneal Ring Implants
- INTACS: $2,610 per eye
Implantable contact lenses
- Verisyse: $4,000 per eye
- Visian: $3,500 per eye

Free prescreenings are offered between the hours of 8 and 5 weekdays and on certain Saturday mornings. Free educational forums are also held on certain weeknights. (See forum schedule)
Laser and non-laser vision correction is usually not covered by insurance. However, if during the course of prescreening or operative work up, an eye disease is discovered, your insurance carrier will be billed accordingly.
