S. Bernstein clinical interests include age-related macular degeneration
with special emphasis on the role of nutrition and environment in its
treatment and prevention, inherited retinal and macular dystrophies,
and surgical treatment of vitreoretinal disorders such as diabetic retinopathy
and retinal detachments.
