Burn Camp

Welcome to the Burn Camp parent section. Our purpose for this section of the website is to give parents the opportunity to share their feeling about their child's participation in our Burn Camp programs. Many parents call us each year wondering what their child might gain from attending burn camp. If your child has been to camp please take the time to fill out the form, linked below, so that we can post messages from parents who truly know what having their child attend camp has done for them. Burn Camp was a life changing experience for our son. He loved everything about it. The counselors were wonderful to him. He enjoyed all of the activities and the kids he met. He gained greater self confidence. Our son's comment after being home a few days from camp was that he wasn't homesick while at camp, he was 'Burn Camp sick' after coming home from camp. He didn't want to leave camp and can't wait to participate again this year.

BURN CAMP ROCKS i cant wait to go to camp and meet new people again!!!! Its something I look up to every year. The years i miss camp don't seem to be as good as those ones when i do go to camp.

The people at the Adult Burn Survivor Retreat are the most positive, accepting people I have ever met. The great people and awesome scenery made it a trip I'll never forget.

Going to Burn Survivor Retreat was like no experience I have ever had. The love and concern that we learned to share with everyone who was involved was truly unbelievable. I had the opportunity to meet twenty-two of the best people I could have ever imagined. What an awsome experience.
