EAP Management Resources

Assisting U, Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers an array of services to Hospitals and Clinics benefit eligible employees and family members. These services are confidential. Assisting U provides assessment, consultation, and referral resources with a variety of issues, including but not limited to, personal concerns, workplace issues, stress management, and more. The EAP's work with employees/family members allows the employee to be more focused in the work environment.

Managers/supervisors and departments will have access to the following:

WELLNESS SEMINARS

(1 hour seminars provided onsite)

  • Stress Management
  • Managing Change
  • Balancing Work and Family
  • Conflict Management
  • Midlife Crisis
  • Violence in the Workplace
  • EAP Orientation (15 minutes)
  • Mindfulness

SUPERVISORY TRAINING

This training will provide an overview of the EAP Program and orient managers how to use the EAP as a supervisory tool. This is particularly useful to supervisors who are working with employees struggling with poor performance.

MANAGEMENT CONSULTATION

A confidential service available to managers who are interested in consultation, support, options, and resources for difficult employee matters.
