The Elder Care Information & Referral program is offered as a free service designed to primarily serve University of Utah community (faculty, staff, students, and alumni). This program is based on a team of qualified consultants who can provide general and customized assistance in the area of elder care concerns. We do not provide direct medical advice, psychological counseling, financial consultation, therapy, or mental health services.

Our goal is to help provide information and referral service about elder care in Salt Lake County, the State of Utah, and across the nation.
Our service is based on the Care⁴ System.
