Retention Center
The Health Information Retention Center is responsible for the storage of overflow patient-related records for all entities that comprise the Health Sciences Center and associated clinics and programs. As part of it's responsibility, the Health Information Retention Center assists hospital, clinic, and School of Medicine offices in the management of their inactive records.
Patient related records are stored by the Health Information Retention Center. Please direct questions to 297-4911.
All other types of records or documents can be stored by University Records Management. Please direct questions to 581-8242.
