Communication Plan: FY 2005

Because we are a highly technical group, our work emphasis is primarily the creation, maintenance and repair of institutional information and supports systems. A key component in the success of these systems is the communication we have with our customers about these systems and services.

We have identified five (5) urgent needs that we believe our customers want to know:

  • Does ITS listen or care?

  • Initiative #5:  Analyze and Incorporate Customer Feedback
