Login Instructions

The UNID (Peoplesoft ID with lowercase "u" replacing the first "0") is used to set up the default user id and password for PACS Web as follows:

User ID: unid
Password: unid

To change your password, choose Options | Change Password on the PACS Web login screen.

If you do not have an account, your manager can request one using the ITS Account Request page at http://uuhsc.utah.edu/manager/
