Ask ITS
Thanks for using our Ask ITS request form! The purpose of this website is to help direct your question to the right team or employee within ITS. We review submissions daily and will respond to you or forward your question to the appropriate team within 48 hours.
Before you submit a request, please review these common questions:
- Are you reporting a problem? This includes problems logging into systems, broken software, broken equipment, or other issues with an existing system. If so, please submit a Trouble Ticket or call the Support Center at 587-6000. The Support Center website also displays information about current system problems.
- Are you ordering new equipment? If you know what type of equipment you need, please use the Equipment Request form. If you need help with a large equipment order for a special project, please complete the Ask ITS request form below.
- Are you requesting enterprise data? If you know the type of data you need, you can download and submit a Data Request form. If you need more information about data requests, please go to the Data Resource Center website or contact drc@hsc.utah.edu.
