New Applications may be fast tracked after credentialing is completed for temporary privileges. Temporary Privileges remain in effect until the Hospital Board meets and adopts the recommendations made by the Medical Board and approves the application.
NOTE: Faculty appointments must be approved by the Executive Committee before Credentialing can be taken forward for approval.
Drug testing and Criminal Background checks must be completed before Credentialing can be taken forward for approval.
Reappointments - Credentials Committee reviews the application and recommends approval to Medical Board. Medical Board adopts the recommendations made by Credentials Committee and recommends approval to the Hospital Board or its designated Sub Committee. Hospital Board (or Hospital Board Subcommittee) meets and approves (or denies) the application(s).
