These calculators are free for downloading by visitors to the University of Utah web sites where they are published. You may copy them for your own personal use. They are not to be published or sold in any form, nor to be compiled in collections of software for distribution to others.

Modification is discouraged and may yield incorrect results with no indication to the user.

These calculators would be relatively easy to booby-trap during modification, either intentionally or by accident.  They could lend themselves to the insertion of viruses, especially macro viruses.  If a calculator uses a macro, this is noted in the list above.  Virus-phobic users could disallow the running of macros in these calculators, but some features will not work.  The original software has been checked for viruses.  Use duplicated or "borrowed" copies at your own risk.
