AstraZeneca initiated a voluntary recall of Seroquel 25 mg tablets because one bottle labeled as 25 mg tablets actually contained 60 Seroquel 300 mg tablets. The company believes the labels were manipulated. The only lot affected is 3446J with the expiration date March 2006.
