The Med Card is a way for you to make a list of your medications and keep it with you at all times.Why should I have one?
Having a list of your medicines with you when you visit your health care provider (such as your doctor, nurse, or pharmacist) or are admitted to a hospital is the most important thing you can do to help prevent problems with your medicines.Really?
