Who is eligible to participate?

What will I be asked to do?

If you choose to participate in this study you will be asked to read and sign a consent form. This form contains additional information about study benefits and any risks you may incur by participating.

An appointment will be arranged for you to come to a dermatology clinic where you will meet with a study investigator. After you have read and signed the consent form, you will be asked to do the following:

1. Fill out a questionnaire on your medical and family history
2. Allow a brief skin examination
3. Provide a small blood sample for DNA analysis
