OBJECTIVE
To experience clinical camaraderie,
self-reflexivity, mutual respect and a spiritual atmosphere in the midst of cutting-edge
technology and clinical skills building. Those in attendance can expect to
expand awareness in the areas of: (1) Neuroscience and neuropharmacology.
(2) The disease of addiction with emphasis on methamphetamine addiction,
family functioning and pain management. (3) Reactive attachment disorder and
self-injury. (4) Emotional intelligence in recovery. (5) Neuroscience,
spirituality and 12-step facilitated recovery.
